New Complaints and Feedback Mechanism

As a humanitarian organisation, we are committed to the highest ethical standards, transparency, and accountability. To make it easier and more convenient to share your experiences with us, we have launched a new Complaints and Feedback Mechanism.

This system has been designed to ensure that everyone – from the communities we serve to partners, staff members and the wider public – can safely and easily share their experiences, concerns, or questions with us.

Through the new platform, you can:

  • Provide feedback
  • Submit information requests
  • Report inappropriate behaviour
  • Suggest improvements to our work

We welcome input from people who use our services, partner organisations and networks, our own staff and volunteers, and anyone else who engages with our work.

All feedback and complaints are handled confidentially, and submissions can be made anonymously if preferred.
